Anna Hong

Anna Hong is a 3× startup founder with one successful exit and the CEO & Co-founder of B.E.L.L.E, a global movement on a mission to ensure every tech startup has at least one female founder. Since launching B.E.L.L.E, she has built a trusted community of over 25,000 founders, investors, and AI leaders across San Francisco, Seattle, and beyond.

With over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem building, Anna has co-founded three startups and previously worked in mechanical engineering, computer science, and aerospace at leading global companies.

In 2025, Anna joined Aves Venture, where she helps source and evaluate VC funds and early-stage startups. She also serves as a mentor at Plug and Play Seattle, and collaborates with Professor Yale Li as part of the WDTA organizing team for the AI for the Future Summit.
