Recruitment: International Conference & Brand Manager
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of major international conferences and brand events.
Coordinate with UN agencies, government bodies, industry associations, and global partners.
Develop comprehensive event timelines, design agendas, manage speaker invitations, guest engagement, and on-site execution.
Drive international corporate outreach, plan partnership initiatives, and support business collaboration.
Oversee event branding and communications, review key messaging and materials, and track communication outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong command of English for professional communication and high-quality written documentation (required).
Demonstrated experience in international conference planning or large-scale event management:
Candidates with substantial experience may join at a Director level;
High-potential candidates with strong coordination ability and a readiness to grow may join as an Assistant.
Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, multi-task environments.
Strong interest in international cooperation, technology development, and brand communication.
Working Model
Hybrid: remote + on-site work depending on project and event needs.

Recruitment: Event & Communications Intern
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and coordination of international conferences and events.
Support media and communication tasks, including drafting news articles, interviews, and press releases.
Assist with brand promotion, social media content creation, and community engagement.
Provide design and editorial support for event materials, visual graphics, and digital assets.
Help maintain communication with partners, speakers, and participants.
Support daily operational tasks and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
Strong interest in international events, technology, media, or communication.
Basic skills in journalism, writing, interviewing, or content creation (preferred).
Good communication and organizational abilities; able to work in fast-paced environments.
Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Proficiency in English is preferred; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
