Xu Ting is a digital intelligence expert. He is the Founder and Chairman of SXR Technology Think Tank and serves as the Vice Chairman of the World Digital Technology Academy (WDTA). Xu serves as Vice Chairman of the China Association of Private Technology Entrepreneurs and Executive Director of the World Federation of Academicians and Experts. He is the Executive Chairman of the AI Committee of China Electronics Chamber of Commerce, Founder and Chairman of IHETT (Intelligent + Industry Integration High-End Think Tank), and Founder and Executive Chairman of IAIGF (International Academic Forum on AI Governance).He has authored multiple books, including AI Ethics and Security. Xu advocates for “Intelligence for Good”, promoting the deep integration of technological and industrial innovation as well as advancing international governance innovation.
